the coaching process

Who benefits from Life Coaching?

Ask yourself:

  • Are there things you want to do someday (but “someday” never seems to come)?
  • Are you putting things off because you’re too busy with day-to-day life?
  • Are you putting up with anything because it’s easier than doing something about it?
  • Do you know what you want to do but don’t know where (or how) to start?
  • Is lack of self-confidence or low self-esteem holding you back?
  • Are you truly living the life you want?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions (except the last), you could certainly benefit from life coaching.

For anyone at a crossroads in their life such as considering a new career, embracing mid-life or approaching retirement, life coaching helps to identify what they really want and then work out how to get it.

How does Life Coaching work?

Together, with your coach, you will:

  • Take a good look at all the different areas of you life right now
  • Identify the areas that fulfil you, and those that do not
  • Define exactly what it is that you want in life
  • Set yourself inspiring yet attainable goals that will challenge and excite you
  • Devise an over-arching plan to achieve each goal and set yourself actions to complete along the way
  • Explore any self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back
  • Experience regular, structured sessions which will keep you motivated and on the right path
  • Finally say “Goodbye” to your wilderness years and move forward with purpose
